Quiet Time is from 11:00 PM – 7:00AM. Please avoid loud music or sounds during these times so as to be respectful of the surrounding residents guests and neighbors. Parties are not allowed at any time.
We love pets but they are not allowed on the property.
Please make sure to lock the door to the house when leaving ay any time during your stay. We are not liable for any stolen or damaged personal property.
We never want to charge guests extra for their stay however violation of the following rules will result in additional fees:
There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed indoors on the property.There will be a $250 fee if guests smoke inside the unit.
The standard cleaning fee covers normal clean up from a “courteous guest”. Any excessive dirtiness, spills etc. Or damage (whether from guests or unauthorized pets will incur an additional $75 fee to compensate our housekeeper for additional time and effort.
Before check out make sure to place all recyclables and garbage in the trash cans and bins in the back patio opposite Apt. 1.
The thermostat must never be set lower than 68 degrees or there will be a $100 fee for a service call caused by over use and freeze up of the Air Conditioner, If repairs are required the guest will be responsible for the bill to the a/c technician.
Unless previously requested AND provided written approval via the Airbnb messaging app, there will be a late checkout fee of $25 per 30 minutes after normal checkout time which is 11:00 AM.
